The principal consultant for the company has been providing SHE&Q Services to clients in Forestry, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Oil / Gas for over 17 years. Holly Elke has over seventeen years in developing and implementing integrated Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems. As a senior QHSE Advisor, one of primary areas of focus is on customizing and implementing applicable Risk assessment programs. This includes using a variety of risk analysis tools ( Task/facility hazard analysis, Root-cause analysis, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, What-if studies, HAZOPs , Acquisition assessments/EIA, Product Safety programs, etc.) and relevant Control Strategies / Programs for her clients.

Her previous activities have included assisting a variety of organizations in the health, forestry, oil & gas, and manufacturing industries in Western Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean (PAHO/WHO – United Nations) attain and maintain relevant industry certifications ( ISO 9001/14001/17025/ 13485 , Certificate of Recognition, Responsible Care, etc.).

Holly is also a certified external health and safety auditor for ENFORM's Basic Safety Program protocol and the Partnerships audit instrument as approved by the Alberta Safety Council. She is a certified instructor (ISW for SAIT instructors) with over 10 years of experience in developing and facilitating OHS and Quality Management training courses. She is currently a casual part-time instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary , Alberta , Canada .

Holly has been a presenter at the local chapters of the CSSE and ASQ in Calgary Alberta, the 2006 ASSE Professional Development Conference and the 2006 Provincial PDC in Edmonton Alberta.

 

 
 

 

Elizabeth has over 8 years in developing, implementing and managing Safety Management Systems. As a Health and Safety Consultant, Elizabeth 's primary area of focus is on developing and customizing, based on client operations, practical solutions for Safety Management. Elizabeth uses her past field experience and exposure to complex Safety Management Systems to provide "working" solutions to meet the needs of her clients. This approach helps her clients to implement effective Safety Management Systems that meet regulatory, client and corporate HSE requirements while contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

Her previous professional experience in the private sector includes working with small to large regional, national and international organizations in the oil & gas, manufacturing and vegetation management industries. Having worked in such a variety or industries, Elizabeth has been able to draw from her experiences to understand each clients situation and work as a team to reach their health and safety objectives.

Elizabeth is a certified external health and safety auditor for ENFORM's Basic Safety Program protocol and the Partnerships audit instrument as approved by the Alberta Safety Council and Alberta Association for Safety Partnerships.

Elizabeth is located in beautiful Lake Country , BC and is therefore in a position to provide her services to both Alberta and BC based clients.

Laurel has worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for the past 20 years with a large Oil and Gas organization. Of the last 20 years 10 years were spend in developing Corporate Health and Safety Programs, Process Safety Management Programs and Critical Operating Procedures. This has given her an excellent understanding of how large and small corporations work.

Laurel is also a certified external health and safety auditor for ENFORM's Basic Safety Program protocol and the Partnerships audit instrument. Laurel's office is located in the southeast part of Saskatchewan. Laurel is also heavily involved with the Saskatchewan Oil Spill Contingency Group as a member of the Executive team and as a member of the Oil Spill training program.

 

 

 

Kevin has over 12 years experience in developing Corporate Environment, Health and Safety Programs, Process Safety Management Programs, Corporate Emergency Response Plans. Since the inception of Peak Safety in 2006, Kevin has also taken on the role of Corporate EHS and ER Co-ordinator for several organizations in the Oil/Gas, Waste Management and Chemical Industries.

The primary focus of Peak Safety is to provide a variety of risk management and risk assessment services including Process Hazard Analysis (HAZOP and What-if? Etc.) facilitation, residual risk assessments, job hazard assessments, aspect and impact assessments, site and concern specific assessments and post-incident reviews that focus on risk reduction.

Kevin also conducts corporate management and process system audits for organizations within Canada and internationally. Recent projects have included developing and verifying program compliance to ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 (BSI 8800). Training services in safety management, hazard assessment, process safety, regulatory compliance, incident command, rescue techniques, emergency response, high angle rescue, and crisis management are available.

As an environmental engineering technologist, Kevin can also assist you with site assessments, site remediation projects, dispersion modelling, spill response, and indoor air quality investigations.

 

 

 

Jacob is a senior level Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. His particular areas of expertise include requirements analysis, facilitation, GAP Analysis, Business Process Management and design, GeoSpatial (GIS) analysis, software integration, and database /application design.

Jacob’s clients have included organizations in the both private sector as well as at all three levels of government. Some of his high profile projects have included the development of a national spatial forest inventory database, the business analysis of a large scale municipal transportation pavement management tool, and the development of a contract management health and safety business processes in the utilities sector. Jacob is also highly versed in areas such as UAT/Testing Strategies, training strategies, UML/Use Cases, and web based applications.

Jacob also has close to 4 years of Health and Safety experience facilitating THA studies, incident investigation, program building, and now auditing. He is currently pursuing his status as an Alberta Safety Council External Auditor.
